Can I send your products to multiple recipients at once?
Yes, our shipping system accepts ship-to information per item added to your cart. That means you can add 100 products for 100 different recipients and only have to checkout once! When you add an item to your cart, the recipient's name is also entered into the RE-SPITE frame allowing you to simply click their name to repopulate their shipping information. Send as many products to as many people as you like and checkout once!
What is the quality of your cards?
Each Nasty Gram™ measures 4 ¾” x 6 ½” and is printed on 100-lb card stock.
Each Wallet Wisecrack™ measures 3” x 2½” (business card size) and is printed on 110-lb card stock.
What do I get with each Nasty Gram™?
Your satisfaction is a #1 priority to us. Each Nasty Gram™ is printed on 100-lb brilliant white card stock and mailed USPS in a fiery red envelope. The recipient’s name will be printed on the front of the envelope in a black handwritten font and a real postage stamp will be affixed to the envelope – no metered mail!! The return address on the back of the envelope will contain The Spite Site™ initials, T.S.S., and business address, which will appear in the same handwritten font.
When will I be responsible for paying a sales tax?
The Spite Site™ is required to charge sales tax to customers if the recipient resides in the states of Nevada and Illinois because that is where we physically conduct our business. The Clark County, Nevada 7.75% sales tax, and Cook County, Illinois (City of Chicago) 10.25% sales tax, is calculated at the time of checkout based upon the shipping destination of your order. If your order has more than one shipping address, sales tax will be applied to the individual items in your order based upon the specific “Ship To” destinations.
What payment methods are accepted? Is it safe to use my credit card?
Our retail prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. We accept PayPal in addition to Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All credit card orders placed at TheSpiteSite.com are secured with SSL encryption software (Authorize.net) to ensure that your transaction is safe.
How do I know that my order has been processed?
Immediately following placement of your order, you will receive an email notification confirming your order details – neither you nor the recipient of any item will receive a printed invoice. If for any reason this email is deleted or lost, please contact customer service and another copy will be emailed to you.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but are working on implementing a system that will allow us to do so in the near future.
How much do you charge for postage/shipping?
You are charged no more than the current price of a U.S. postage stamp for each Nasty Gram™ that you send. The shipping price for all other products is determined on the basis of size and weight.
How long will it take for my order to reach its recipient?
All items are mailed via U.S. Postal Service (unless otherwise indicated) within 24-48 hours following the placement of your order. Domestic delivery depends on USPS delivery and typically takes between 2 to 5 days. During holiday season, however, delivery can take up to 5 to 10 days.
What name will appear on my credit card statement?
Charges made to your credit card will appear as The Spite Site™.
